Information we collect
When you submit our enquiry form, we receive your name, school, club or gym name, email address, phone number and any information you include in your message. Please do not include sensitive information or details about individual members in an initial enquiry.
How we use your information
We use enquiry information to respond to your questions, arrange a consultation, understand your requirements and discuss our services. Depending on the enquiry, our proposed lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not use this form to sign you up to marketing emails.
Where information is handled
Website enquiries are handled through Framer and our business email service. These providers process information as needed to operate the website and deliver or store our correspondence. If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, that service also handles your message under its own privacy terms. Provider locations and any safeguards for international transfers must be confirmed before this draft is published.
How long we keep enquiries
If an enquiry does not become a client relationship, we keep the enquiry correspondence for twelve months after our last contact, then delete it. If you become a client, we will explain the retention arrangements that apply to the client relationship separately.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law gives you rights to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict its use, object to processing and request data portability.
